Black Talanta is a tech-enabled platform to help Black Heritage students in Higher Education access equitable high-skilled employment with internship opportunities and representation mentorship support.
Black Talanta prides itself as a ‘For Progress’ Tech Startup. We are part of the UN Sustainable Development Solution Network Youth Initiative (SDSNS Youth), as a result, we are committed to advocacy, quality education, reduced inequalities, and decent work and economic growth through implementing tech-enabled solutions for sustainable development.
Susan Christine Wachera is a Kenyan based in the UK. She is a Career Development Career Consultant and BME Graduate Employability Coach with over five years of experience in Higher Education Career Development Services. She has an MSc in Organizational Psychology and Chartership with the UK Register of Career Development Professionals. She is the Founder and Director of Black Talanta. In her free time, Susan loves to swim, read, hike, and travel, with a soft spot for staycations.
